No deal yet on earlier meeting between Putin, Trump

Moscow expects a positive agenda to be shaped for the upcoming meeting between Russian President Vladimir Putin and his USA counterpart Donald Trump, Speaker of the Russian Federation Council Valentina Matviyenko told reporters.

The interesting image, which shows the Russian leader caressing him and kissing his shoulder, decorated the side of a building on 14th Street and Eighth avenue and a second building on North 6th Street and Wythe Avenue in Brooklyn.

That is the slogan for the dating app Hater, which connects people based on shared dislikes.

As for why the app chose to take this approach, Brendan Alper, CEO and Founder of Hater said it was all for the lulz: "There's a lot of animosity out there, regardless of which side you're on". The creators plan to do the projections again, but didn't have specific dates or locations.

Commenting on the White House statement, Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said that Russia does not intend to return Crimea to Kiev. "Through humor, hate can turn into love".

Last week, Putin said that a possible venue for the first encounter with Trump could be Ljubljana, Slovenia, but stated that the choice of venue did not depend on Moscow alone. Also on Tuesday, the New York Times reported that Trump's campaign had repeated contact with Russian intelligence officials before the election.

The illustration of Trump and Putin appeared next to Hater's upside-down-heart logo and a hashtag with the company's tagline, "Love Through Hate".
